Ugly/Cutest Dog Contest Rules

1). No more than two entries per household.

2). Entries may be submitted by a). delivering picture of dog to Condon National Bank, 814 Walnut, Coffeyville, Kansas. Name of Dog, Name of Owner, address and telephone number must be written on the back of the picture; b). mailing picture of dog to Condon National Bank, P.O. Box 937, Coffeyville, Ks 67337. Name of Dog, Name of Owner, address and telephone number must be written on the back of the picture; c). e-mail picture of dog to dogcontest@condonbank.com. Name of Dog, Name of Owner, address and telephone number must be included in e-mail.

3). Pictures of all applicants/dog may be featured from time to time during the period 2/25/10 through 3/13/10 on our website www.condonnationalbank.com.

4). Pictures will be posted on March 13, 2010 on window at 812 Walnut, Coffeyville, Kansas. Pictures will remain posted through March 26, 2010.

5). Winners of Cutest Dog and Ugliest Dog will be voted by the public on Saturday, March 13, 2010 during the Downtown Coffeyville, Inc. Spring Forward event between the hours of 10:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. All pictures entered are eligible for the Cutest Dog and the Ugliest Dog. The voting public will decide if the dog is cute or ugly.

6). Winners will be announced March 15, 2010. The winner’s pictures will be posted on our website, as well as in advertising material, such as ads and lobby pictures specifically stating the dog is the winner of the Ugly Dog contest or the Cutest Dog contest.

7). Winner of the Ugly Dog contest will receive a $50 savings account in the name of the owner and a gift doggie basket. Information, such as name, address, social security number and identifying documents, must be provided at time of account opening.

8). Winner of the Cutest Dog contest will receive a $50 savings account in the name of the owner and a gift doggie basket. Information, such as name, address, social security number, identifying documents, must be provided at time of account opening.

9). Condon National Bank reserves the right to refuse to post pictures that are offensive or in poor taste.

10). Pictures submitted must be picked up by March 31, 2010. After that date they will be destroyed.

11). Employees, Officers and Directors of the Condon National Bank and their immediate family members’ dogs are not eligible to enter the contest.

12). Entries submitted must reside in a 40 mile radius of Coffeyville, Kansas.

13). Entries must be received by 4:00 p.m. March 12, 2010 to be eligible for voting.
