Overdraft Protection Opt-In Information
New regulations will soon affect overdraft protection policies at banks across the nation, including Condon National Bank.
Beginning August 15, 2010, ATM transactions and the everyday purchases made with your check card will no longer be covered by our overdraft protection service. This means that if you use your ATM or check card and you do not have enough money in your account to cover that transaction, your card could be denied.
If you want to continue overdraft protection on your ATM and everyday check card transactions, you must give us your permission by opting-in to keep this service.
To opt-in, please sign the attached form and return it to our Main Bank at 814 Walnut, our Drive-in at 601 W. 8th, or mail to P.O. Box 937, Coffeyville, Kansas 67337.
Only one account holder needs to respond for joint accounts, and you can give or revoke your consent at any time.
Remember, without your permission, your ATM and check card transactions will be declined if there are insufficient funds in your account.
If you have any questions, please contact us at (620) 251-5500.
